What is an IVF Courier Service?
An IVF Courier is a specialized service dedicated to the personal, hand-carry transport of cryopreserved embryos, eggs (oocytes), and sperm. We bridge the gap between clinics, ensuring your precious materials travel safely for IVF treatments, surrogacy journeys, or when you relocate.
When is an Embryo or Gamete Transport Needed?
This service is essential when: you are switching to a new fertility clinic; your surrogacy journey involves a clinic in another city or country; you are relocating and need to move your stored materials with you; or you are using donor embryos, eggs, or sperm from a distant cryobank
How does your hand-carry transport process work?
Our process is built on maximum security. A dedicated courier personally handles your shipment from start to finish. We use a state-of-the-art cryogenic shipper (dewar) to maintain a stable liquid nitrogen vapor temperature of below -180°C. This shipper is hand-carried by our courier at all times, bypasses all X-ray security, and is never checked as luggage.
How long does the transport take?
For domestic transports within the USA, the journey is typically completed within 24 hours. International transports generally take 2-4 days, depending on flight schedules and customs clearance, which our team manages for you.
