Delivery Process
1. Pickup
After obtaining the necessary permissions, the Courier personally goes to the Clinic, picks up the package, and proceeds to the airport, keeping the cylinder with them at all times, avoiding the step where the cylinder would be exposed to X-rays, ensuring maximum cellular integrity.
2. Transport
Throughout the journey, the shipper’s internal environment is continuously monitored with state-of-the-art equipment to maintain a stable cryo-temperature. Our courier provides real-time status updates, giving you complete visibility and peace of mind.
3. Delivery
Upon arrival, the shipper once again bypasses all X-ray security during inspections. We handle all customs and health authority clearances before proceeding for immediate and direct hand-delivery to the recipient clinic, ensuring a secure chain of custody.
